  • Make timely payments as per agreed invoices
  • Approve or give feedback on creatives within reasonable timelines

Delays in feedback or access may affect timelines and results.


4. Marketing Results Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality marketing results. However:

  • We do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, or specific performance outcomes.
  • Advertising results depend on multiple external factors such as budget, targeting, industry competition, landing pages, seasonality, and consumer behavior.

The client understands that marketing outcomes can vary.


5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Payment terms will be specified in the agreement or invoice.
  • All fees must be paid on time for services to continue.
  • Paid marketing budgets (Google, Meta, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed work, time spent, or results not meeting expectations, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If payment is not received, services may be paused or terminated.


6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All content, creatives, strategies, and materials developed by Crisp Ads remain our intellectual property until project fees are fully paid.
  • Clients retain ownership of any assets they provide to us.
  • Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our materials without permission is prohibited.

Website content and branding on crispads.co are protected by copyright laws.


7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We use third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • CRM and automation tools

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or errors on third-party platforms
  • Policy changes or account restrictions
  • External service failures affecting campaign results

Clients must comply with all relevant platform policies.


8. Limitation of Liability

Crisp Ads is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, leads, business opportunities, or profits
  • Downtime caused by third-party platforms or hosting providers
  • Incorrect client-provided information
  • Decisions made by ad platforms regarding ad approval or account status

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the services in question.

Both parties agree to keep all shared information strictly confidential, including:

  • Ad account information
  • Strategies
  • Financial information
  • Client lists

This obligation remains even after the partnership ends.


10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices must be paid
  • Access to marketing accounts may be removed
  • No refunds will be issued for completed work or active advertising budgets
